PY: Tell us a little about who you are, what you do now and how you became the athlete you are today.
I am a personal trainer, football player, and physique competitor. These are my hobbies. I also work full time for a foster home organization working directly with kids who need guidance in their life! I became the athlete I am today when I found the drive to change from an overweight (260 lbs) freshman in high school to a better me. My friends and family and teammates all molded me into the man that I am today.
PY: How frequently do you train, and how do you train?
I train 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with a cardio and ply day on Saturday. I start with back, chest, legs, shoulders, and finish strong on Friday with arms!
PY: Any dietary advice you have for others?
Water!! Everyone wants a good natural diet and workout regimen, but if you’re not drinking enough water, it makes it hard to shred those extra lbs.!
PY: How did you discover Powerful Yogurt products?
I discovered PY products on Instagram, when I saw an ad featuring Michelle, who is one of the more inspiring athletes to me!
PY: What do you love about PY products from a taste and nutrition standpoint?
I love yogurt, I love Greek yogurt. But sometimes it’s hard to find a product that is both tasty and healthy (packed with protein). My daily protein needs are outstanding and it’s hard to meet those needs! PY helps with that extra protein punch in my mornings!
PY: What’s your favorite PY product flavor?
I love strawberry, naturally my favorite product would be the Strawberry yogurt!
PY: What’s your idea of a killer weekend?
I love to compete, my idea of a killer weekend is getting with the guys and playing basketball, football, competing in a fun run or competitive race! I HAVE to stay active!
